9900 - PIR Report (current values)

You can use report 9900 - PIR Report (current values) to run your PIR by Agency, Site or Classroom. This report calculates your PIR data in real-time but, unlike report 9700, does not rely on any of the PIR values or overrides that ChildPlus calculated the last time a user clicked the Calculate PIR button in the PIR module. Follow these steps to run Report 9900 - PIR Report (current values):

Click on the Reports tab.
Click on the PIR tab and select report 9900 - PIR Report (current values).
Select the PIR that you want to run from the list.
Select the Agency, Site and/or Classroom(s) that you want to include on the report.

If you want to print a copy of an old or inactive PIR or location, check the Include Inactive Locations PIRs and/or Include Inactive PIR boxes. Once you check these boxes, you will be able to choose from inactive PIRs and/or locations as well.

Click on the Preview button to view your PIR in ChildPlus or click Print to send a copy of the report to your printer.
